Varieties available include Alsen, Ernest, Keene,  Reeder and Parshall hard red spring wheat; Argent hard white spring wheat; Maier, Mountrail, Munich, Ben, Belzer,  Plaza and Lebsock durum; Conlon and Logan barley; Elkhorn hard red winter wheat; Montola 2000, Montola 2003, Centennial and Finch safflower and Meyer crambe.
